Depending on your location, goods will be shipped from either our UK or USA offices.

We aim to despatch all orders with 48 hours of receipt and use a priority mail service. Delivery should be no longer than 7 days for within the UK or USA and 14 days for other parts of the world. However, to allow for occasional delays in the postal service we ask that you allow up to 28 days for delivery. If your order has not arrived after 28 days please contact us.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We are unable to accept returns either for a refund or to exchange for another product. The only exception is if the product(s) purchased initially are damaged or defective, in which case a replacement product will be sent immediately

Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our CDs or DVDs within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item was delivered. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of the contracts for the purchase of CD or DVD products where the item has been unsealed.

To cancel a purchase with us, please pack the relevant item securely, and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item(s) are faulty.
