The “Silk Road” is a network of ancient trade routes connecting China with Mediterranean and Black Sea shores. Alexander the Great and Marco Polo travelled along these routes. This album takes you from West to East, from Turkey through Middle East and Central Asia into China, presenting traditional songs and instrumentals of the respective countries. Extensive documentation in English, French and Spanish.
