Valentina Ponomareva from the old Gypsy clan of the Ponomarev-Erdenkos studied piano and singing at the Institute of Arts in Khabarovsk and enjoyed a stellar and multi-faceted career as a singer in many different genres. She presents delightful Russian Gypsy romances, accompanied by two guitars and a violin. The booklet gives detailed information about the artists and the songs.
