Mariachi Azteca are a ten-piece band formed in 1983 by Orlando Rincon Padilla. They have played in many venues around the UK, all of Europe and even North Africa and have appeared on British TV on many occasions. They have represented Mexico at the invitation of the Mexican Embassy at various international trade exhibitions for the last seven years. Here they present glorious Mariachi music, played with violins, trumpets, guitars, guitarrón (huge “bass guitar”) and vihuela (small “guitarrón”). The music is exciting and instantly appealing. Excellent party music!
